Why is Xbox enforcement trash?

People can talk trash to me and when I report them nothing happens. But if they report a message from 2 months ago I end up getting a 4 day ban. I wouldn’t care if it was recent, I would suck it up and deal with it but this is ridiculous. A message months ago and now I’m banned. I already know Xbox enforcement isn’t gonna do anything about it anyway. The enforcement system is trash and needs to be changed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, since the 360 days and this is how I get treated. Smh.

So I just got a ban for clapping back at someone harassing me I don't know how you deal with a real problem but ignoring things doesn't help and the system is biased in someway to ban him for an old message and not new one's on others your team needs to stop being sensitive and only go after actual threats not trash talk with some swearing it's a joke

I know he doesn't work with them but he's a "ambassador" If it's E for everyone then there should be no GTA,call of duty, battlefield and a plethora other game which by their rules are against tos the games promote violence and language and if someone can't take it get off you can't just arrest someone for talking c*** irl you would get laughed at for being Soft I can't even spell another word for poo lmao

JosefLBohorquez doesnt work for Microsoft.

Anything you do on Xbox Live has to be "rated e for everyone" so swearing is and has always been against the rules.

Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.

Also, keep in mind that when you report someone that doesn’t mean the player is going to be banned instantly if it’s proven guilty
Depending on the workload the enforcement team can take more or less time to review the report

And, if someone else insult you. Don’t reply to that player just to defend yourself.
The best option in those situations is ignore, report the player and block

too bad people like you are on the service in my opinion, yes there's no way to contact the 'pets' other than a review (but i still advise against it because the 'pet system' is inhabited by the biggest cucks).
