why is xbox cloud like this

I use ios 1.15.4

and ive tried re adding the bookmark

and reset my ipad

It only happens when i login and try to play

And sometimes the buttons never load

Additional information is needed, please tell me:
What iPadOS version do you have? The latest?
When this started to happen, or is this the first time that you try to use the cloud gaming feature?
If you try using cloud gaming on a different device it works or something similar happens?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

In the meantime try re-adding the cloud gaming bookmark
For this long-press the cloud gaming bookmark in your Home Screen > delete bookmark
Restart your iPad > open safari and go to Xbox.com/play
Follow the on-screen instructions and once added try again

Please double check if you iPad needs an update, for this go to settings > general > software update

If a new update appears please install it and once it ends try again.

If maybe the issue persist try this:

A. Go to settings > safari > clear browse and history data
Restart your iPad after that and try again

B. Go to settings > general > transfer or reset iPad > reset > reset network settings

Sounds like GTA 5 cloud issues. This is why i rather my games/updates etc to be saved on the HDD than a cloud.

looks like he is playing via that way which is why it is the mobile version, he would need to use xbox cloud version for a console experience
