    Why is xbox and Microsoft ignoring problematic games?


    It has been around 2 months since I met the requirements for the shopaholic achievement in tomb raider definitive edition but it still hasn't unlocked.

    Why is xbox, Microsoft being useless about this?

    Over here it says xbox is investigating controversial achievements but they won't fix a problematic game from years ago?

    Good afternoon

    Achievements are added in the Microsoft system, but those who fix this are the developers on the platform, in games like tomp raider, square enix would hardly fix a bug now, after so long. As a player I can only inform, and solving achievements informs two options. View the achievements online to find out if it was released and not informed due to lack of communication with the server, or redo the achievement, and if none of that solves it, just wait for the developer to fix it.

    Tomb Raider Definitive Edition was developed by Crystal Dynamics, which have nothing to do with Microsoft. The developers have to fix the achievements issues, not Microsoft.
