Why is UPnP not succesful and why In some games it lags after a while and crashes

I played forza horizon 2 and after a while it lagged and just crashed. My xbox is 4 months old

Hi, i've some problems with my controller. I play some pc games with my controller and i dont know why, the sound of the games crash and they have some lag. How i can solve?

 

moderate nat better than open nat?

If I enable UPNP or port forward on my Router (ASUS RT-N56u) my NAT get open and all games start to lag! If I´m Host then lag if I´m not Host the also lag. If I disable UPNP and restart my Router my NAT is moderate and I almost never get Host in Games. But
If I have moderate NAT the lag is almost gone !

I can´t have moderate NAT because some of my friends have a strict NAT and I can´t open a party for them. So I always enable UPNP.

The question I have is why is this?

For the "UPnP not succesful", this could be your network. Have you tried running the xbox network testing?

 

I would recommend doing a hard restart on your console and rebooting all of your networking equipment. This often will resolve performance or network related issues. If it continues after that let us know.
