Why is trove (game) not working on my xbox series s?

What happens when you try and play it?

Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling it?

Hey there I’m having this problem too, and the only way I can temporarily fix it for 1 good launch of the game is to uninstall and reinstall and I can log in once, but next time I want to play I have to repeat that process, any fixes? And to answer your question, what happens is I press “Play” and at the bottom left of my screen it just says “Start Login” and never logs me into the game.

You are misunderstanding how it works

You can pre-order games all you want doesn't mean you can download and play series s/x consoles games

Xbox one games are just xbox one games it doesn't matter which xbox one you have all xbox one games work with xbox one

This is why series consoles are labeled series not xbox one series s

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
