Why is this happening to multiple of my new Xbox controllers?

well, but why doesn't it happen NEVER, with my old controller but now with my new controller?

This is happening with multiple controllers and the Xbox is away from another signal (except my phone).

Thank you for your reply, however it's happening on multiple controllers and this is my second Xbox One X that's having this issue... Controllers work fine on first gen Xbox One

Hey guys! If you are having issues with controller, please try using them on multiple consoles, and using multiple controllers on the same console. Also try different games.

• If this only happens with one game, try the in-game options for better performance.
  
• If this only happens with one controller on multiple consoles, we recommend replacing that controller.
  
• If this only happens with all controllers on one console, you may need a console repair.

• Does this happen with multiple headsets? I only have one headset; Microsoft’s basic Xbox One headset.
• Does it happen with multiple controllers? I only have one controller. However, my controller is relatively new and I didn’t have these problems on the controller before it.
• Does the same thing happen with that headset and controller on another console?
  I haven’t had the opportunity to test them on another console.
• Does the same thing happen when the controller is wired? Yes, even if the controller is plugged into the Xbox, the aforementioned problems persist.
• Is the controller fully updated? I have made sure the controller is fully updated.
• Are you part of the Insider program? No, I am not.
• Is the console plugged into a power strip or surge protector? It’s plugged into a power strip.
