    Why is this happening/how do I fix this problem


    My Xbox one halo edition has been having some problems recently that haven't shown any signs of stopping.

    Problem number one:

    Since this is a halo edition of the Xbox one it usually is supposed to have a special turn on and turn off sound effects which sound cool and relate to the game but my Xbox hasn't been doing this instead it's not making any turn on or turn off noises and is just lighting up and turning on.

    Problem number two:

    I can get on my Xbox normally if i don't have internet on and connected i can sign in and stuff but as soon as I connect internet to it, it signs me out and if I try to sign back in it sits there and loads for a while then just stops.

    When i removed the account it did remove but now when i try to add it back it just loads forever and then eventually the loading ring goes away and it's just a dark Grey screen

    To update your Xbox console manually:

    Try to power cycle the console

    To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

    Just a friendly reminder that not all games support or have the feature to check our total play time. You can confirm it by clicking on the following link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/.... There could be a few reasons why your Assassin's Creed Syndicate playtime is showing as 0 days, hours, and minutes. One possibility is that there is a glitch or bug in the game or on the platform on which you are tracking your playtime. Another possibility is that your playtime will not be recorded until you have spent a certain amount of time playing the game.

    You could try the following steps and see if it helps:

    1. Check to see if any updates for the game or platform you're using to track your playtime are available. Updating the game or platform may resolve any bugs or glitches causing the problem.

    2. Check to see if you're connected to the internet and if your game or platform is syncing with the servers. It may take some time for playtime to be recorded, especially if you are playing offline.

    3. Experiment with playing the game for a longer period of time. It is possible that your playtime will not be recorded until you have spent a certain amount of time playing the game.
