    Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it? Problem in description.


    I have an Xbox series x and an Xbox one s in the same room. If I have my one s turned on and then decide to turn on my series x the one s will turn off. Also if neither Xbox is on and I turn on the tv that is connected to the series x then both the series x and one s will turn on. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

    I did and they are off on both Xbox’s.

    May I know if you reviewed and turned off, if necessary, the HDMI-CEC feature on both consoles and TVs?

    No they are on opposite sides of the room each connected to their own tv.

    Probably you may need to verify HDMI-CEC permissions on both consoles and your TV via settings.

    Let’s try to approach this from a different angle. For this purpose, try:

    A. If you have connected the console and TV to a power surge, connect the devices instead directly to the wall.

    B. Move your console to a different room if possible, and verify if the inconvenience persists.
