    I am trying to change my gamertag to "", which I use everywhere. I made it up completely OG a while ago, so I am not sure what is happening. Did someone take it already? (I might have accidentally made an account with that name? Probably not)

    Is it just flagged as inappropriate somehow? I need an explanation on what happened.. >.>

    I would imagine it's the bozal piece of the name. While it is a surname for the most part it might be the other history of the meaning of it also.

    I am trying really hard to get to support, and I have no idea. I tried assistant, tried clicking everything on the support site, but nothing brought me to an actual person. How DO i get to chat with actual support? I really want to use

    At the moment, the only thing I can think of is that something might be considered offensive / derogatory in certain language / region. Either that or, according to Xbox Enforcement, it might sound or look like something else.

    I'm not sure. The name doesn't seem to be taken and even if it was it would give you the name just with a hashtagged number after the name. Only thing I could think of would be the name has some sort of slang in it that we may not be aware of. If it's
    inappropriate then it should say so when you try to take the name.
