Why is this autoban not fixed and have nobody to contact about it

I was wrongfully suspended after being harassed by another user telling me he hopes I get terminal cancer over and over spamming messages and invites for an hour. I say one thing and get suspended its utter and complete nonsense. They suspend people without looking at what is actually happening. They give me no option to appeal and when i call they say i have to wait until the nonsense suspension is over. The lady proceeds to tell me that there are no people in the enforcement division and is all AI and hangs up on me, this was a so called supervisor. Honestly ao fed up with this system suspending people and keeping it on my record without actual onowledge of the incident. Challenge speach with more speach. There should be no bans unless a law is broken or actual harm is present. If this isnt resolved i will be canceling and miving to sony and playstation. I am so unbelievably dissapointed in this company and their unwillingness to help.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. Even if you were engaging with another Xbox player that also violated Xbox's rules, this does not exempt you from any suspensions to your account. Always be sure to follow the rules of Xbox Network regardless of the behaviour of others. In the event you receive messages or content that violate the rules of Xbox, it is suggested you report the content and then ignore that account (or block them). If you don't report this behaviour, the enforcement team can't take action.

This is the same policy PlayStation and many other gaming services have; if you break the rules you will be suspended regardless of what other players have done to you. The best option is to report them and move on.

It seems many are suffering and nobody from Microsoft is prepared to give us any information about why this is happening.

It sucks that you are having the same issue, but I'm relieved I'm not alone. I'll wait a day and see if there's been a fix before I contact support.

Given that I'm one boss fight away from finishing it and you're barely an hour in I'd say I have more of a clue about the game than you at this point in time.

If you think it's 'freaking awesome' then fair play, I'm happy for you. I based my opinion on my experience with it not reviewers say so, whether they're professional or otherwise, though it just so happens that the some of the developers of the game agree
with me when I say it's garbage. Which is what I thought (no review needed) before they came out and said it themselves. Maybe they're clueless too.

It's largely because it's not getting a lot of PR coverage at the moment. It appears Konami aren't spending a lot on the marketing budget.
