    I recently received an email regarding suspicious activity on my account. I tried to login but my account was locked and I was unable. I have filled out countless account recovery forms with what I know is the correct information and keep receiving emails saying that Microsoft is unable to verify me as the owner of the account. I have hundreds if not thousands of dollars tied up in this account along with a few subscriptions. How do I speak with someone that will help me recover my account? I don’t want to keep paying for subscriptions if I can’t even use them.

    Is there a way to speak to an actual person and not the AI for assistance?

    Yeah, there's no option to do that anywhere, believe me. I've tried this several times at this point to no avail. It keeps saying phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue, but I desperately need to talk to an agent about this because I've had this account for years and I don't want to make a new one.

    As mentioned in your other threads, you would need to contact support through http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You would need to request a call back instead of going through a chat option.
