    I got a 7 day ban. Long story short. Players were following me into different servers on a game. Ruining the game for me. I messaged and sure as nuts. I have a ban. Now I have submitted a review which says approved and has a 7 day ban on top of the ban I already had. Is this a mistake or just someone with a really fragile ego working for xbox enforcement?

    Besides, if they have come up with a decision who am I not allowed to be informed of it? Better yet. Why have they moved the ban date forward?

    It is disappointing that there is no way to actually lay a complaint as well. Proves that your voice doesn't get heard and the company only care for getting money.

    Hello again, my point is, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, and unfortunately not even Xbox Support can help you or guide you in cases of bans or suspensions, if you wanted to contact support via chat but they can not access the information you want.

    Yeah, essentially what you've said is I have to wait until the enforcement team feel good and ready to give me information which is actually never, considering I've had bans before. Xbox is a joke. I'm going back to playstation if this is the treatment you receive. You have basically said that I can talk to an agent about my problem but they won't be able to help me with my problem
