    The ban police are making mistakes and there is no way to even alert them. I have had comms bans on 3 different occasions over a 2 month period for the exact same message which did not violate any terms. Because they keep doing 1 day bans, (which actually
    last 28 hours) there is no way to file a complaint (because only bans over 24 hours are eligible for review). This is not acceptable. These people are giving Xbox a bad name and the stats have shown that most people have moved over to the Playstation specifically
    because of the poor support at Microsoft. If the ban police don’t have a phone number to call by the time the new Xbox is released, I will be joining them on the Playstation and telling my friends to as well. I’m very disappointed

    Hi There,

    The enforcement team doesn't frequent this forum, so you might just have to learn from your mistakes and ensure that the rules are followed for next time. If it has happened three times already in the past, then maybe a refresher course in rule etiquette
    is required as well.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums.
