    Why is there a region error when i try to order a controller from Xbox design labs?


    So I am trying to order a Fallout controller from the Design Labs page when i encounter an error each time i try to pay for the custom contoller.

    I says: "region" is required. Enter and try again.

    I have entered my region and it still throws this error on me.

    Is there something that i have not checked?

    Controller, shipping adress and payment are all triple checked. I am using paypal and should not have any problems with it.

    Grateful for any pointers to what may be the issue Why is there a region error when i try to order a controller from Xbox design labs? :)

    If you're using a VPN disable it.

    Are you from an Xbox supported country?

    Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

    Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

    Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this engraving issue with the Design Lab Controller, have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from the browser? I would also suggest trying a different browser or a completely different device
    when trying to create a Design Lab Controller through the website. When you try to create the Design lab controller, what kind of error are you receiving? What kind of error message or code are you receiving when trying to add the engraving.

    If you can please reply back letting us know so that we may properly assist you with this issue. Thank you again for posting on Xbox Forums.

    Thank you for replying to my question.

    The Control Model number is 1914. This is a Design Lab controller.

    I have already followed all the troubleshooting steps on the website as I previously mentioned.

    If this controller is not compatible with the Xbox 360 then why was this not informed to me before placing the order or put on the Design Lab Ordering Page?

    This is very important info before a person spends a lot of money on these controllers!
