    Why is there a ⚠️ next to my expansion for explorers on my xbox


    I was trying to install minecraft skin packs using the download URL option, but everytime I try to download files, they don't go through. Below the link, it will say "download paused, cancelled, or error ocurred". When I go to my home screen, the expansion for explorer icon will have a ️ next to it, but the original files explorer app doesn't have it. I tried reinstalling it and going to my Xbox settings to see if anything was wrong, but everything seems to be fine.

    If you want I can give you some troubleshooting steps.

    But as I really don't know what's the issue, I can't guarantee you nothing.

    1. Try moving one of those games to the internal storage and see if the icon disappears

    2. If the above doesn't work, try power cycling your console:

    a. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    b. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

    c. Plug the console power cable back in.

    d. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again
