    Why is there a blue loading screen when I change my gamerpic?


    It's a black screen with a blue outline and a few circles that go around repeatedly. I've tried on my computer and my phone but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried the xbox app but it doesn't give me the option to put a custom profile picture either. I just want a profile picture

    I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to change your profile picture, may I know if this issue persists no matter the picture you want to use?

    Or you were selecting the same picture on the devices used?

    About the Xbox mobile app, may I know if you're able to see the pencil icon when you go to the profile tab?

    Avatar not updating inside games

    In the screenshot, the reason the smaller icon has the (older) blue shirt is that this does not update automatically. It is your gamerpic, and reflects what your Avatar was wearing when you took the picture. If you want to change the Avatar in the gamerpic
    you should go to Xbox.com/My Account and beneath your Avatar choose 'Edit My Avatar'. On the next screen you can choose 'gamer picture' where you can take a new 'image' of your Avatar, now wearing the updated clothing.

    Finally somebody with the same problem as I have !!!

    My gamerpic is also just gone from the home screen. Been gone for a month or so...

    Or actually all home screen gamerpics do not load, but are loading/working fine in other places (just not in the left upper corner on the home screen).

    Did you find a solution dude ?
