Why is the Xbox report system messed up

Why is Xbox not addressing this issue with a flawed feedback rating system, that shouldn't even be there to begin with!! They have it right on 360 and completely mess it up on xb1? You could even report someone for being TOO GOOD on 360, but now it is
only negative feedback!! Also once I started looking more into it, you get negative feedback as well when you actually report/block a cheater/harassment!

After I did the reset

This is what was in be known to me changed to

I contacted old friends and re added them, then someone told me what it was, even though on MY screen it said differently

So I’d added everyone as “see diagram” and not as xHUSTLER1x

Then someone suggested doing a “rename”

So think I’ve lost everything

It may mean that you're signed in under the wrong account. Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/profile and check if you can see the correct profile from there with all of your friends?

If yes, please double check the Microsoft email address as you may have used the wrong info signing in to your Xbox.

What do you mean nameing and shaming its messed up that people like that mess up xbox live plus its called he hacked xbox live and plus its against the code of conduct thats why i went on here and tryed to you guys know.. Plus i was told to come here to
file a report so im here just to do that

Your friends "messing around" by reporting you wont affect your rep.

Your rep is calculated over a period of time.You can find out about the rep system,how it works & how to improve yours HERE

The report feature on xbox is not a toy or something to be messed around with & your friends risk enforcement action themselves for abussing the reporting system.
