Why is the xbox live phone service not working for a call back

The only route that can be taken to speak with a representative directly would be through the support link listed in my previous post. However, you may also view Xbox subscription cancellation and refunds for potential solutions regarding account cancelations.

I have tried 4 times this morning. Got through each time, but, twice been cut off after speaking to someone, once after doing all automated menus met with seven minutes of silence and once static so bad I couldn't hear the automated menu.

Been trying to get help but it keeps telling me phone line not working at the moment so how do I get to speak to someone for help as I’m paying for 2 accounts that we don’t need.
