Why is the Xbox app still crashing?

The response thread provided to my previous question did not alleviate my problem. I've repaired, reset, windows store app troubleshot, uninstalled, insured my firewall was allowing it through, downloaded the .NET framework [NDP481-Web.exe] (after accidentally first downloading [dotnet-sdk-8.0.201-win-64.exe] and still I get the same result of the Xbox app closing out within 5 seconds of me double clicking the icon. And there's clearly no update I need to download since I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The gamebar works fine and Xbox accessories works fine as well. The troubleshooter says "hanging or crashing apps "not fixed" and "reset hanging or crashing apps" completed. And the details say the same message about a problem with the BITS service and more help by typing NET HELPMSG.2182

Please, follow these steps:

First, check your time settings, and set it to automatic.

Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Enable "Set Timezone Automatically" and "Set Time Automatically".

Then, press Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to System > Troubleshoot.

Click Additional troubleshooters.

From the Find and fix other problems list, select the following troubleshooters:

Window Update

Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

Follow the on-screen instructions for both of them.

I appreciate your help. I tried clearing cache and deleting. Waited maybe 15 minutes. Redownloaded the app. Still crashing everytime right after log in. I can log into other accounts fine and the app works fine, but when i log into my account the app crashes.
Not sure why its only my account that makes it crash. How would i speak to a specialist?

It crashes on me no matter what console I'm on I'm so sick of app crashing on me every 30 minutes i use xbox series s series x and pc and still does same thing app crashes and I have to start it back up

No worries peps. I tried restarting my Xbox 360 console launced the app, the app launched, and it crashed my Xbox 360 slim console. Deleted and downloaded the app again and wow, the app on Xbox 360 looks just like the Youtube app on Xbox 1. Still puzzled
why Xbox 360's Operating System didn't ask me permission that there was a Youtube app Update. Must of come out within the last 18 hours cuz it wasn't like this last night.

I'm experiencing a similar problem (again). The App doesn't crash but the stream Win10 to Xbox still stutters / crashes, and increasingly since the last update (10.0.15063.1005 / rs2_release_xbox_1703.170323-1228).

Why is the Xbox app still crashing?
