Why is the Xbox app sooo baaaad!

Okay. I have been trying to fix the Xbox Console Companion app for the past AT LEAST WEEK. I have had no problems connecting my Xbox to it before and one day it shows up on the list but when i go to connect it it says that i am not on the right wifi. this
is extremely annoying and i just wanna stream my Xbox to my PC. I have consistently been on the live support chats and nothing has worked... I really don't know what to do. I have already tried.

Reboot the router

Log out from the Xbox App and login again

Remove and re-add the user profile on the conole

Check if date&time are correct on PC

Change Xbox name

contacting multiple support people

Restarting and unplugging both my pc and xbox

logging into another account and logging back into mine

removing my account and putting it back

etc.

If you've tried the app on another PC if possible, what about this:

Go to the Settings app > Apps > Scroll down to the bottom where you'll find Xbox Console Companion. > Click Advanced Options. > From here, you can try to Terminate the app and see if that solves an issue. Else, click Reset (don't worry about a loss of data,
I believe most if not all of it is associated with your Xbox Live account and it won't affect that, just the app). If that still doesn't do it, you could uninstall/reinstall if you haven't already.
