Why is the Xbox app so bad and broken?

I have used the Xbox app countless times to talk to my Xbox friends when playing fortnite cross-platform on my PS4 or when playing Minecraft. However, recently the app has been total garbage and won't work. When I start the app everything is good and I
click on one of my friends to join their party. But when I join it either says disconnected and kicks me back to the Xbox app home screen or it kicks me out entirely to the home screen on my iPhone. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fixed right
away.

to be honest it does need a lot of fixing. I purchased a game through the Xbox app that had a 90% offer. I purchased it only to find out that I never got the game and the offer was only on the app and not on Xbox for some reason.

I wouldn't say it's broken, but I have noticed a few issues with it. For one, I am unable to join, post, or view any posts in a group, or post an LFM, as it always just says "There is an error, try again later". They seem pretty good about fixing bugs,
so hopefully it's better soon!

Unfortunately the aop doesn't work as it should on all phones. Just make sure your phone is up to date and they will eventually cime out with an update.

Sometimes there be problems with the app it’s all about the Update some of the beta stages
