why is the xbox app and microsoft store so bad

You were told there was not enough space when you downloaded the game in the Microsoft Store, but that didn't match up, and you're having trouble reinstalling your Xbox. Am I right?



Firstly, the space problem is mainly related to the download cache of your Microsoft Store, so execute the following commands to clear the cache. Run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", enter "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following commands one by one.

net stop wuauserv

net stop bits

net stop cryptsvc

rd /s /q c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

rd /s /q %temp%

rd /s /q c:\Windows\temp

net start wuauserv

sc config wuauserv start=auto

net start bits

sc config bits start=auto

net start cryptsvc

sc config cryptsvc start=auto

wsreset.exe

Regarding the Xbox issue, can you reproduce the issue now? If yes, please take a screenshot of the error message, and only send the relevant information without PII in the next reply.

Then use the following commands to cleanly uninstall and reinstall the Xbox-related apps. Run Power Shell as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", enter "Power Shell", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following commands one by one.

get-appxpackage *Xbox* | remove-Appxpackage

wsreset.exe

winget install 9NZKPSTSNW4P --accept-package-agreements

winget install 9MV0B5HZVK9Z --accept-package-agreements

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Thank you for response. I cannot see a "Request a Return" option so obviously the item may not be eligible for a return. Since I purchased the Pkpass app I have read the reviews which confirm my bad experience and am therefore wondering why this faulty
product is still available in the Microsoft Store? This is the first app for Windows 10 I have purchased so I will be much more reluctant to buy apps from the Microsoft Store in the future.

Not sure who you sent emails to but it wasn't the enforcement team as they can't be contacted by email.

The only way to contact them is via a case review & that can only be done for account bans/suspensions,you can not appeal a console ban.

Try contacting support again.They can't help with account or console bans but they should be able to help if you think your account was compromised.

I disabled game bar from the settings because I heard that he is bad. does it make any difference if I enable it?
also yeah I can download it from microsoft store it's just that microsoft store is worse in terms of download than xbox app that is why I'm using xbox app instead of microsoft store I will try to download the game from microsoft store and see if the problem happens there also I can open the game from desktop if the problem doesn't happen to me but when it happen I can't open the game from : desktop , xbox app , microsoft store
and I don't have any antivirus or firewall I only use windows defender
