Why is the winner for the pc isn’t showing and I had put in sweepstakes for it.

I'm not sure which sweepstakes you're referring to, but if you can pull it up, check the official rules for when the drawing is. They notify winners approximately a week or so after the drawing and the drawing can take place weeks after the sweepstakes ends. They don't post a winner's list until all winners have been notified and verified so a list is usually not available until about a month after the drawing.

I guess we're all still waiting for them to announce the winners of Sweepstakes #70 which included "A Plague Tale: Requiem Custom PC Bundle." They said they'll announce the winners on or around November 14. However, they haven't showed the winners on the rewards website. But if you have the sweepstakes winners list, they already announced the winner for the Requiem custom PC bundle. You can find it in this link:

The only Xbox Series X sweepstakes I see listed already shows a list of winners so I'm not sure what the date was for the last sweepstakes. Keep in mind that that they reach out to winners within 7 days of the drawing for a sweepstakes and the list of winners is posted 30 days after.

Its weird, as there is a Monthly Sweepstakes... but the winners page only shows past winners of July, August, September, October(2019). I too enter these Sweepstakes but can never locate any info in regards to recent winners for several months now.

A sweepstakes where? Is it the Microsoft Rewards program? If so, they usually do drawings sometime after the sweepstakes has ended (you'd have to check the rules page for the sweepstakes for the date) and then contact winners within a week of that. The winner list is usually put up about a month later.
