Why is the vault like a bankrupt corner shop?

I've been directed here from Xbox support after making inquiries into why the vault is forever out of stock of Visa cards and, even now reward points. How can you run out of reward points? It's a joke, you've made the vault and stocked pathetically. There
is never something actually worth redeeming in stock.

I expect a reply, an email or something otherwise Xbox will lose a 13 year valid customer. The money and time I have put into this eco system to have the rewards team skate by. This is ridiculous.

Is this a joke? Microsoft, bankrupt? That's like seeing Apple to bankrupt, or in other words, not feasible. But no, if they hypothetically did, I'd still play all the great single player games.
