    Why is the support system down too?


    It seems like im not the one who is having issues with there xbox live and when i try to hard reset it still doesnt let me connect to xbox live. My internet is connected but i get the same error... 0x8B050033 0x00000000 0x00000201 and when i try to access
    the support page it says that the support page is down too. so idk what to do

    There isoutage right now. Just a little patience. Microsoft is workin on fix.

    Sometimes the support pages are linked in with the system outage. There is always Xbox Support on Twitter as well.
