Why is the support so bad?

No,these forums are run by Microsoft employees.They are used by other Microsoft product users.

You know it's actually quite difficult to contact a human. When you use the chat bot, many issues are met with: Live chat is not available for this problem.

Top tip: Select "problem with payment" and you'll get right through. Then tell them your actual problem.

See this screen shot nothing works at Xbox support yet they can buy Activision for. Billion dollars !
