    Why is the refund limit reached if I haven't refunded anything?


    When trying to refund a game I had purchased but the request got denied because "Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year." But the current account being used hasn't refunded anything in the past 2 years. The game is digital, haven't played for more than 30 minutes. Please reply if there is a solution.

    What I can recommend here is to reply to the email and make an appeal to your request. You will need to explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.
