Why is the name Jumacao I allowed but not Jumacao II.

Literally neither of those names are taken. It says the “Jumacao I” is allowed but when i make the GT “Jumacao II” it says this “gamertag is not allowed”

No such person or organization as “Jumacao II” even exists. Nor does anyone have the gamer tag already. why and how do you ban a completely made up name?!

Hello,

If an account with that gamertag was banned, then that gamertag will never be available for further use. There for this will be why the gamertag is not allowed.

For some reason the Roman numeral for two is banned from Xbox gamer tags

That's pretty strange to be honest. It couldn't be censored words or phrases because they're the same thing (They've done this to me, I have to use Sukii in my gamertag as Suki is a censored word). What would probably be best is you could talk to
Xbox supportabout this because this is an odd instance of this.

Have you possibly tried changing your gamertag to Jumacao II on a different account. The reason I'm asking is because Microsoft will reserve gamertags. I'm not sure how long the reserve is for but if you want I can check with the Microsoft team
and get back with you 😊

I checked on my brothers xbox and neither Jumacao II or Jumaca II are allowed still. Could you please check with the Microsoft team if possible?
