    Why is the MS Solitaire Collection internet connect so poor


    I can watch videos, I can download huge files, but when I want to play solitaire microsoft tells me that my internet connection is too slow. What's going on???

    Why wont solitaire world tour connect to the internet

    when you try to play solitaire world tour event, message says having trouble connecting to the internet to download solitaire collection data. I'm already connected to the internet, so why won't game connect

    Ms. Solitare Collection.. Works fine.. Then error 104_107_1 pops one day.. 2nd-load & uninstall?

    Thank you in advance.. The Ms. Solitaire Collection works, when it is working.. Then out of the blue, the error message.? Why.? Internet is connected.? Virus & malware are safe.? Plenty of space on the P/C hard drive.? Nothing was corrupted.? This

    I agree. Everyday there are server connection problems even while logged into the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. My paid Premium Edition is going to expire soon and perhaps I will not renew it due to the number of connection errors that I'm getting. Obviously
    if I am logged into the MS Solitaire Collection and the internet then I should not be getting server connection errors. This Microsoft Bingo program and the MS servers need to be fixed immediately. As a Microsoft customer and user I expect to get what I paid
    for from a reliable software provider. Under these circumstances a large number of Xbox players are annoyed by the reliability that Microsoft is supposed to provide. Fix the errors or you will lose valuable customers and your reputation.

    I have same issue, trying to open the Microsoft solitaire collection live event and I am able to sign in but go to load the event and it says "internet connection required". my internet is connected and working so the tech at comcast said to check with
    you guys. frustrating.
