    Why is the Movies and TV app on Xbox 360 no longer available? Is it being worked on or has it been shut down? Multiple people have complained about it, but there hasn't been any answers...

    Unfortunately most of the content and apps related to Xbox 360 are discontinued and online capabilities may not be available to be used again

    Now TV is a UK only app. If it is no longer available from the app store on the Xbox 360, then it will no longer be available on that console.

    Ability to download movies/TV shows removed?

    The ability to download Movies and TV Episodes is not currently available on Xbox One. It is there for the Windows 8 Video app and Xbox 360.

    Thanks for the reply, however that has nothing to do with my question. I'm trying to view these movies on an xbox 360, which is an xbox console, using microsoft movies and tv, which is available as an app on the xbox 360.

    Unfortunately themes and gamerpics from the 360 do not work with the One.

    Not all of the same apps are available, but you can redownload apps from the Xbox store. You'll want to download the Movies and TV app and you should be able to see your movies there.
