    Controller elite 2

    I found the default vibration setting to be a little over the top and it rattled my controller.

    I turned it right off in the accessories app.

    dude right button is breakin off thats why it's rattling Date purchased 2/18/2016 right button breaks off 2/28/2016 was rattling with vibration before that though face the controller down when holding a shake lightly i bet ur button with drop out.
    second controller to fall apart on my since november last year.

    just to be sure, did you check the batteries if changing them (or if possible charge) makes any difference?
    If not and you still have warranty then I would advise setting up a service request for the controller, see this link on how to do that:

    When in doubt you can also contact Xbox Support (via phone) to see what they advise

    Xbox 360 making a noise..

    Sounds like the vent cover over the hard drive. Mine rattled and made a vibrating noise in the past. I finally took it off the side. You should try that and see if the noise continues.

    Thank you for your help... trying out on Xbox accessories and hiting "vibrate" there's no rattle ... although on Forza Horizon 4, there's a rattle ... weird :(
