Why is the install button not working solely on Xbox Game Pass games that use Ubisoft Connect?

So I would like to play Assassin's Creed Odyssey but every time I go to install it, the button to install the game is greyed out and continuously is stuck on a loading screen. I noticed this happens also on games that involve Ubisoft Connect, such as Assassin's Creed Origins, Rainbow Six Siege, Ghost Recon Wildlands, and etc. I've tried a few things such as uninstalling and reinstalling the game services package to no avail. The button only worked one time and I left but when I came back the install button didn't work once again. I know this isn't an issue with my Game Pass because the renewal isn't for a little while so I know I still have the subscription. Also, I can install other games that aren't connected with Ubisoft Connect, just specifically the Ubisoft Connect games aren't working.

I appreciate your efforts. If your Ubisoft account is linked to your correct Xbox profile, you should be able to download your Game Pass games directly from the Ubisoft Connect app.

If you still can't install it from the Ubisoft connect app, I am afraid that the issue may have something to do with the Ubisoft connect app because only games from Ubisoft have this issue. I recommend that you report it or ask assistance from the Ubisoft Support team here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact

I've connected my accounts but still hasn;t worked on the xbox pc app or the ubisoft connect app. I am trying an update of my windows but i have my doubts about it working.

if your microsoft account is linked with ubisoft then you download those games from the ubi connect app, once downloaded you can start them from ubi or xbox app.

To confirm, did you try to download those games via the Ubisoft Connect app?

Please try to reinstall your Ubisoft Connect app.

If that doesn't work, try to repair and reset the Xbox app, Ubisoft Connect, and the Microsoft Store. Make sure to sign in the same account.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Originally, I tried to go through the Xbox Pc App, I don't think you can download Game Pass Games through the Ubisoft Connect App without going through the Xbox Pc App which isn't working at the moment.

I tried all of the provided solutions and restarted my computer and none of them worked unfortunately. Also, I had no available updates.
