Why is the hot wheels academy not showing up

I'm sorry about the confusion, the decision to remove the Horizon Academy from the Hot Wheels expansion pack was a design choice made by the game developers. While it was initially included in the game, the developers may have decided to remove it for various reasons.

However, there are still many other exciting locations included in the Hot Wheels expansion pack that I'm sure you'll enjoy exploring.

I am having the exact same issue. Purchased Hot Wheels Expansion yesterday. The map icon Didn't show. Uninstalled. Made sure to reinstall on internal for both the game then the Expansion. I own it. Tried in my account and kids, both have completed the entry items. Hot Wheels never shows in the middle top of map. When I go to bring menu up and click Hot wheels it says I have to complete Hot wheels intro before I can fast travel there. The hot wheels intro icon never shows on the map.

When it's showing you uninstall is that show on the Hot Wheels pack or just for Forza Horizon 3?

If it's on the Hot Wheels pack then that means it's already installed.
