Why is the gamertag "MindeKing" not allowed?

Hello MindeKing, Microsoft's Gamertags verification system is automatic, it has registered, and checks the Gamertags that are allowed or not.

In many cases they may not be allowed because they may be offensive in other languages with different phonetics.

So my suggestion would be to try to write your Gamertag in a different way, whether with numbers rather than letters for example.

I would really like to hear from one of the Xbox employees who determines what is or is not a bad word. My feeling is that pretty much anything that can be said on prime time television should be good to go. I would also like to get a list of forbidden
words so I don't have to change my gamer tag every five years. I mean seriously, making me change it after all of these years....they did not seem to mind my gamer tag while they were taking my money. (I'll get off my soap box now)

As well as referring to someone with a penchant for wearing outlandish fedora hats and using a cane a pimp is also someone who operates a prostitution based business. Hence why you have to change your name.

If an account with that gamertag was banned, then that gamertag will never be available for further use. There for this will be why the gamertag is not allowed.
