Why is the game pass ultimate not working?!

Xbox games pass ultimate games to be connected to be online to be sure it's the correct licence, that is why it won't work in offline .

You need Game Pass Ultimate in order to use xCloud.

Could you explain me why is there $1 USD for Xbox Game Pass then? I've not seen Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered as part of Ultimate anywhere.

Before paying the next months or Ultimate I want to make sure it works OK...

You will have 13 months of Game Pass Ultimate. But this only works if is the first time you have Game Pass Ultimate, doesnt work in users that already had Game Pass Ultimate (this counts trial also).

if it is just Game Pass for Xbox then see if you can find the deal for 3 months of Ultimate and get that and it will upgrade your existing Game Pass to Ultimate as well as adding the 3 months of Ultimate (you should end up with 5 months of Ultimate for a
total cost of 2 Euros which is a sweet bargain)

if it the link I posted confirms that you have Ultimate then you will need to contact Support to find out why it won't work with your PC

the upgrade from Xbox Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate combines Game Pass with Xbox Live Gold, that is why Game Pass Ultimate costs more than standard Game Pass, and the combined cost is cheaper than having Live Gold and Game Pass as separate subscriptions
