90% of the games I have never heard of

And almost 90% of the games are just straight up awful to play in my eyes the game pass should be lowered in price because honestly I look at the game pass everyday and all the games are just dreadful like **** is blazblue cross tag battle honestly pathetic attempt at helping the Xbox community some of the games where already free to play too it's disgusting

when i use to use gamepass i played very little games that were on offer, i found it is cheaper to just buy the games i want in sale and not pay for the sub, works out cheaper.

I purchased (4) 12-month game passes for the wife and my 2 kids so we can play games together on the PC's we just bought our kids. I'm regretting it now.... We've played 1h of gaming together after 2 nights of setting everything up on all 4 computers. The interface is not user friendly at all. Horrible file saving system trying to locate saved games. Can't preview games without clicking into them. No play time tracker without having to go through multiple clicks into achievements to find the play time. No external docking friends list (I have multiple monitors, It would be nice to see my friends list on a separate monitor while I'm playing a game). Games are not tagged properly, I've noticed several games that I know have multiplayer do not show up when you filter "multiplayer". I'm finding myself browsing games in steam and then once I find a game I'd like to play, see if it's in the game pass.

Seriously Microsoft... take a page our of your competitors game browser and learn something.

We do need your hardware specs

Some.games like halo infinite the hardware requirements are quite high

And thete is no gamesaves in halo as it's checkpoint based not saved based and your stats are tracked by halo waypoint it's also how you unlock achievements and in-game armor

You cant find gamesaves that's easy

It's a anti cheat feature

You arent allowed to edit your saves you are supposed to use in-game tools for that

And the folders are encrypted

Hence why you don't see the game saves

You can't edit or modify the titles unless the games specifically say mod supported

Games.like.Minecraft support realms for custom worlds

I don't think you understand how steam works yes you can edit the game but your achievements etc are sometimes tracked by ab outside program like call of duty.com or halo waypoint etc

In order to get certain stuff like armor guns etc

You need to be linked externally

Are you using windows 10 or 11?
What are your hardware specs?
When you say that your PC crashes… crashes in that way? The game closes unexpectedly ?
The whole Windows system crash?
Are you experiencing this with all the games downloaded from the Xbox app?

And, what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
