    It's not. The first amendment doesn't apply in this case since it's not the government. You agreed to the rules when you signed up.

    A owner can remove you dispite the first amendment.

    Part of the 1st amendment is you may not infringe on the rights of others peace of mind

    And yes private authority has been enforced by the Supreme court of america that's why workplaces and the common person can kick your out of their house even a bar for cursiing
