    Hi, have you verified if you are properly connected online?

    If you are connected it should be available, but if you are inside some events or races the auction will be not available.

    Have you tried restarting the game and verifiy if it is still not available?

    Why is the auction disabled?

    The problem was due to parental control, which became active in itself, despite the fact that everything was fine tonight... Now the problem disappeared on its own, did not even understand what I did to make it disappear...

    I still dont get it!! The achievment description clearly says you get it by winning an auction and all the ones on the auction are at stupid prices! If your not able to purchase them via auction then why bother displaying them on the auction site!?
