    why is the addon i bought not going into te game it is consecutively loading but not going...


    I bought a DLC on forza horizon 5 [4 car vouchers ] from x box wich i paid for using my Microsoft account the purchase then goes through and accepted however the product is always shown as loading its been 3 days past the point of purchase and i still do not have the DLC in my account . can this please be resolved i dont want to feel like i have waisted my money. I did think it didnt go through but when i went to go buy it agian it says i already own this DLC. Username -GinsengRecovery

    Why does Starfield keep crashing on my series x?

    My xbox freezes at about every other load screen. I did try everything that was suggested to troubleshoot. I finally bought an external addon fan and that has got me up and running.... but why do I need it?

    Also, can anyone play from the cloud because I could not see that option for me.

    Hello there,

    It depends on what you purchased.

    Some AddOns are "consumables", meaning that after you puchased it, you can purchase it again.

    A good example are vCoins in Fortnite. You may purchase it once, but you can consume these vCoins, it's not a permanent addon like a DLC, you can purchase it again to get more of it.

    If it is not a consumable addon, maybe the store didn't really load yet. You install AddOns when pressing the menu button in the games menu and going on addons, then go to the ready to install part and it should be there waiting to be installed, unless it
    is already installed.

    If it's not there at all, it would surely make sense to have a look at the recent purchases in your microsoft account.

    I got the Xbox series s and it comes with the Fortnite and rocket league midnight drive pack, I tried claiming it but it said it was already claimed on my account

    I have tried to go into to fortnite games and Addons page but none of said Addons appear in the page, just the base game.
