Why is the account recovery so bad!

My account was hacked and the email was changed to the hackers ive tried about 7 times to contact support and even filled out many recovery forms all with the same answer. We take security seriously and cannot verify you own this account. THey are making this harder to get MY account back than it took the hacker to take over the account. They have tried to take it to higher ups just for them to tell me the same thing all because i cant provide enough info. This is the dumbest recovery system im going to try and manually call them on phone to better explain but this is insane and dont even try to tell me to do another form i need to talk to someone who can manually get my account back instead of a automated system that is too stupid to get my account back that was hacked. Please improve

We are not any type of official outlet that your feedback would have any impact on.

Unfortunately if you cannot provide the necessary information needed to complete the recovery form and you don't have access to the back up email set up on the account, then you wont be able to recover the account.

I understand losing an account is frustrating however, the security is set in place to ensure that it is the person that owns the account that is trying to recover it.

You must've not read the post... especially the bit about "7 different headsets" ...

I'm quite sure the problem isn't with the headset so knowing the headset isn't going to fix XBox

Actually knowing the headset manufacturer would help a great deal, for example if they are all Turtle Beach headsets I would recommend you going to Turtle Beach forums and see if other people are having same issues. Just because they are 7 different headsets doesn't mean its still not the manufacturers fault.

Also you don't tell us anything about "The system" is it an Xbox One, One X, One S, Series X or a Series S. Are you in the preview programme that gets system updates early so they can be beta tested.

Basically the more information you give us the better chance we have of helping you.

I've been perma five bars and less than 35ms on the lag since launch here on East Coast. Every now and again it does the dumb connecting thing between matches where it freezes you out of being able to check stats or arrange burn cards.

My in match experience has been next to air tight. Couple of CoD style dead around corner deaths but nothing major. And if I shoot at something it usually dies. Can't complain. Hope it works out for people who are having difficulty.
