Click your Xbox profile on the Xbox App > Feedback > Report a problem.

I do see the game in the Microsoft Store but that is still not the issue I am addressing. This game should be showing up in the Xbox app and working properly with the Xbox ecosystem and this is not working.

Downloading it from the Microsoft Store does not fix the Xbox app. This is not the issue.

Thank you so much for the update and I apologize for the trouble. I can confirm that it's not showing on the Xbox App itself, but it should be visible on Microsoft Store App. Were you able to try and install the game from there?

Everything is fine on my end however this does not actually solve the problem in any way. I believe this is just a bug that Microsoft needs to fix as there is not a way for me to make this work.

I can confirm that the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means that if you purchased the game on Xbox, as long as you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account on your PC you should be able to install and play the game.

I also checked the game and it's also not showing up on the Xbox App. But I found the game on Microsoft Store itself. In the meantime, you can install the game via Microsoft Store itself by going through your library and installing it from there.
