Why is one of my worlds corrupt on Xbox One?

Hello, I am . So one of my worlds got corrupt. Me and my friends would play it everyday, until this happened. So what had happened was that my Xbox one was really choppy, so i factory reset it. I logged into my Xbox profile, went on Minecraft and the world that we had played and done so much progress had got corrupt. It says 'failed to sync data, would you like to try again'. The world works fine in Minecraft Preview. Is there anyway I can get my world back? It is called DG3 World 1. I have tried many methods such as downloading a older version, updating it and still corrupt.

Hello ShadowDG3, sorry to hear you've had issues with your world.

I'm afraid that the issue may be permanent however, I do have a couple of suggestions for you to try.

First, see if you can log in to your world without issues on a different device (Xbox or PC) without any issues. If you can be sure to save it properly then exit the game. Another thing to try would be to take the console offline then access your world without syncing (only from the console if possible) then go back online and save the world again.

If either of these work it may be best to try saving the world under a different name.

I tried on another PC, and it said the same "Import Failed", so I guess the world get corrupted, but why all my worlds get corrupted and not only the one I was playing when I closed the game unexpectedly

Yes, this is on my new Xbox Series S. I just got it today and wasn't expecting my old worlds from my old Xbox One to transfer over. This includes all the corrupted worlds from my Xbox One and I'd really like to delete all of the corrupted ones. I have no interest in fixing these particular worlds, but I do have worlds I would like to keep so completely erasing all worlds as a whole is not an option.

Hello, i reinstalled everything and my worlds and mods are there but, there is one world that is corrupted how do i fix that?

Yes, I am using the latest updates on both consoles, including the 1.10 update that just released yesterday. Also, it seems being able to play the world that was created on my original xbox one on the xbox one S was a fluke. It's still true that I can
see the worlds on the xbox one S that were created on the original xbox, and not the other way around. However, if I try to play the world on the xbox one S I get a message that the world failed to sync or is corrupted.

I'll consider posting in the Minecraft forums.
