Why is no one’s achievements showing on my Xbox?

I have a Xbox that if I try to look at anyone’s achievements or games and mine nothing shows up. I wanna know if this means I’m banned from something or if it’s a common issue.

I have had my xbox one since May and my account still only shows my xbox games and achievements and NOT any xbox one games..... Any idea why??

It’s happening to me too, it’s not just you! You haven’t been banned, it’s an issue on Microsoft’s end. There are other issues going on that have been for about a month too.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble seeing the Xbox achievements. Let's try to sort this out.

Please try to perform a physical power cycle by disconnecting the power cable:

“Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important, Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

What's weird is in my achievements section on the Xbox One I have two achievement slots for Bad Company 2. One slot shows all my progress and new achievements show up here but there is no section that shows time played. In the second slot it shows time played
on Xbox One in one section and a second section is for achievements which shows 0/0 achievements and that's all that this second slot shows. Very strange!

Yes, I've seen the guide. No error messages. Same thing happened with SSX.
