Why is no one answering my very urgent support requests

so my account for MS Rewards has been temp suppended, I am trying to redeem all my point to put towards a new xbox but it seems Microsoft dont like that idea and has put a stop to that.

Ive opened tickets for the past 4 days and no one has got back to me on any of them especially considering is says i will get a reply withing 24 hours.

As an ex employee i know its hard to keep up with the amount of calls coming in but its still not hard to acknowledge a ticket.

So in after a month will they still honor the prices quoted today, I very much doubt it. Seems microsoft has gotten a lot worse since I worked for them all those years ago.

And as for them saying they answer calls within 24hrs and your saying give them a month I see they still work on microsoft minutes.

It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft. We do not have any tools to check any Microsoft System.

Unfortunately, replies from Microsoft Rewards may take a while at least weeks due to the high volume of support requests they receive on a daily basis. I highly recommend you patiently wait for them to respond via email as this is the only option to make sure your suspension will be reviewed.

However, if you haven't received any response from them after a month, you can resubmit your ticket via:

I appreciate the response. I understand how frustrating this is and I would totally feel the same way if I were in your shoes.

Hey Raid,

as Darhyl mentioned, the 'normal' MS can not help you with Rewards questions they have their own support.

And since this is a community forum, we are not able to look into your account.

Btw it's not possible to purchase hardware or subs with credits from an account !
