Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the clarification. Just to clarify, powering the console off and on isn’t the same as clearing the cache. Clearing the cache requires a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until the console fully shuts down, then unplugging it for at least 30 seconds before restarting.

That said, your issue does seem specific to NASCAR Heat 4 and 5's multiplayer connection. This has been a common issue reported by others too, so it may not be account-related. If clearing the cache doesn't help, checking for any available game or console updates could be worth a try. 2 of the linked threads are for a different game, the other is outdated and has no solution. I have tried different accounts that have proper login credentials and nothing. You also clearly didn't read the original inquiry, as I had stated that I already shut the console off and on again.

Delete your nascar heat 5 and re download everything. It worked for me
