Why is my Xbox turning on but not actually on and doesn’t come up on screen doesn’t connect...

Sorry to hear about this. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on.

I tried to sign in again and that worked. The same error still comes up. I am sharing a subscription but it doesn’t make sense why a screen time error comes up.

So, i don’t have another account to sign in with. I’ve had this one account with MS for like 18 years. Also, it still doesn’t bring up the guide menu and i cant use any apps/games when I’m connected to the internet and not signed in to any account. Nothing
will open at all. The guide menu doesn’t come up but the screen darkens as if it’s up.

Hi, thanks for the help. I did all the steps you said now the Xbox turned on on low res but there is still a bright “storm” of red pixels on my screen, it works on my second screen but still doesn’t connect to my tv. Could it be that the hdmi port is broken?

No errors or anything. Just as a side note, the store on my Xbox also doesn’t come up properly. And if I try to go to the Xbox site on my phone, the page doesn’t fully load if I’m connected to my WiFi but as soon as I come off it the site loads perfectly. It is very bizarre behavior. I’m thinking it has something to do with my internet in my house but I’m not sure what could be causing it.
