Why is my Xbox turning on another Xbox ? Both are on different tv’s and different outlets

This situation is a bit strange, could it be that the controller connects to the other Xbox and this causes this problem? You could try placing your Xbox a little further away from the other to rule out that it is not a connectivity problem.

None of these worked. The problem is that I can turn the Xbox on for a few seconds but it won’t boot up or send a signal to my TV. I’ve tried different HDMI cables, different TV’s and different outlets. The power indicator turns on and the fan starts to spin but then it suddenly stops and nothing happens on my TV screen.

try to unplug all from tv, just the power cable and 1 HDMI cable , try the xbox on that, make sure xbox is going to the TV directly. also maybe try a different power outlet then the one that the tv is pluged in to, another thing is to switching the
ends of HDMI cable, set normal settings at your neighbours house, turn off display discovery, maybe set to 1080i and or color space, try both settings.

I tested the Brick a couple of times yesterday and it is working

Tried disconnecting for 10 seconds and for an hour, both times I get a solid orange light when I connect it to the power outlet and it turns Green after I connect it to the Xbox and turn it on (it's still solid orange before I turn it on)

I also confirmed that it's not a TV issue (tried with a different TV and HDMI cable, as well as without a TV)

My Xbox will sometimes turn on and not show up on the TV and when it does show off the TV if flickers on and off I looked at the HDMI port I change the cord I tried a different outlet and everything does it have something to do with
