why is my xbox store not working and keeps saying to go here?

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

If this doesn't work sometimes performing a second hard restart works.

Same problem here. My xbox 1 pins wont work it says like pins aren't avible and no store either. But your can access store by saying "Xbox go to store" But i recommend not buying anything till problem is full solved because don't wanna buy something and
it wont work.

another isle of man guy here! keep trying to download this map pack but it keeps saying its not available in my location. Downloaded escalation and first strike fine i dont know why its not working for this.
