Is this shown as a message or error somewhere? If so is it on the Xbox itself or the router settings?

Is your Series X connected wirelessly or wired? Does the issue persist if you disconnect your Xbox One S from the network?

Yes I have set the upnp setting to on in the router settings this still isn't working I tried port forwarding but is says the routers wan ip is unknown. It's my series x I'm having the issue with the old xbox one s it works fine

I assume you've already tried enabling UPnP in your router settings?

No it shown wen I go on to the router details on my laptop. The xbox is connected wireless and yes it does persist.

Mine nat reads is moderate under our internet and UPnP is not successful. It was that way with xbox one x and on my new xbox series x it also reads that. We have at&t uverse at our rural home. I dont have a teredo issue.
