Why is my Xbox Series X crashing on high quality Games.

So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. There are few things that you can try on your end and check if this works on your case.

•Ensure proper ventilation
Ensure that your Xbox Series X is oriented to allow cool fresh air to pass through the system from the bottom and spits hot air out from the top. Avoid placing the console in enclosed spaces or on surfaces that obstruct airflow, such as inside cabinets or on soft materials like carpets. Keep 4-6 inches of open space between your console’s vents and any objects. Also, make sure that the top and back vents of your Xbox are clean and free of dust and debris.

•Reduce system load

If you have multiple applications or games running at the same time, then this could cause your Xbox to use more resources, resulting in your system running hotter than normal. Close any unused applications or games. Close background applications and games that are not in use to reduce strain on the system and should reduce the amount of heat generated by the system. You can also power off your system completely off to shut down any potentially problematic applications that may be causing the issue.

•Remove accessories

Low-quality or third-party accessories may not deliver the proper power or cooling required for optimal performance. For example, some third-party Xbox cooling fans can sometimes make the Xbox overheat because they divert the airflow to the wrong location. Remove any connected accessories. This includes things like external fans, hard drives, and charging accessories. Check your Xbox and see if the issue still persists. Test your accessories if the issue has been resolved. If you find that your console is no longer overheating, try plugging in your accessories one at a time to see if the issue happens with one particular accessory.

Yes, I did buy the console brand new. I've always made sure the console is up to date with any new updates; never had any error messages pop up. As far as the games go, they're on auto update so they should all be up to date with that. I have tried to reset the Xbox, that has not solved the problem. So I think unfortunately the best thing to do would just be to send it in for repair or just simply buying a new one would be the way to go.

Any suggestions from here?
